Supplemental to the Leader Guide, these audio & video resources produced by the popular Day 1 program, with the assistance of a John Templeton Foundation grant, feature presentations by notable faith leaders across the denominational spectrum to enhance understanding and encourage additional dialogue. A single video download will offer all video presentations.

Intended for use in a variety of settings, including congregations, schools, and campus ministries, Faith & Science is appropriate for high school youth, young adults, and adults. Sessions can be presented as a series of studies or independent for a one-time formation offering.

He is Research Professor Emeritus in Systematic Theology and Ethics at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary, the Center for Theology and the Natural Sciences, and the Graduate Theological Union in Berkley, California.
The Rev. Dr. Luke A. Powery is the dean of Duke Chapel and an associate professor of the practice of homiletics at Duke Divinity School and was ordained by the Progressive National Baptist Convention.
The Rev. David J. Wood is senior minister of Glencoe Union Church in Glencoe, Illinois. An ordained American Baptist pastor, he has served various congregations for nearly thirty years.
The Rev. Peter M. Wallace, editor, is the executive producer and host of the national ecumenical “Day1” radio and internet ministry ( and president of the Alliance for Christian Media, based in Atlanta, Georgia. He is an ordained Episcopal priest serving in the Diocese of Atlanta, Georgia.
